Tick the consent box and submit
Confirms you own the property or are authorised to list it. Click Publish. No signup. No password. The listing is live in seconds.

Within 1 minute you'll get an email with a private Manage link. Bookmark it — that link is the only way to edit, pause, or delete the listing without an account.

Common questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. All three flows work without signup. We email you a private manage link so you can edit or delete your post later.
Is it really free?
Yes — for both owners and renters. No broker fee, no listing fee, no commission. Bhagyanagar.rent is community-funded.
Will my phone number be shown publicly?
No — never. We do not share your phone number with anyone. It's saved on our servers only as proof, in case there's ever a dispute about who posted the listing. Other users cannot see it, and we never forward it, sell it, or expose it via any API.
How long does a post stay live?
30 days by default. You can extend it from your manage link, or pause it if you've found a tenant/place.
I lost the manage link email — what now?
Open /forgot-password (link in the footer of any email). Enter the same email you used when posting and we'll resend the manage link.
Can I edit my post after publishing?
Yes. The manage link in your email opens a page where you can edit any field, upload photos, pause, or delete.
