Welcome to Bhagyanagar.rent ("we", "us", "our" or "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform — including the website, map experience and related services — operated from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

About the Platform

Bhagyanagar.rent is a neutral online intermediary (IT Act 2000, s. 2(1)(w)) that helps people discover rental properties across Hyderabad on an interactive map. Posting rental listings, flatmate posts, and seeker pins is live today — no account needed; posts are managed via one-tap magic-link emails. We do not own, manage, or verify the physical condition of any listed property.

What you can do

Browse the rental map freely — no account required.
Search and filter by locality, BHK, rent range, and other criteria to narrow down options.
Tap any pin to see listing details and contact the owner directly via the in-app interest form.
Post your own rental listing, flatmate post, or seeker pin and manage it via the magic-link email we send you.

Acceptable use

You will not: interfere with platform infrastructure; use automated scripts or crawlers to scrape data; impersonate another person; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Data accuracy

All listing details — including rent, deposit, BHK, photos, and locality — are posted by owners themselves and are not verified by us. We make no guarantees about accuracy or completeness. Always confirm the details independently with the owner before any payment or commitment. We are not responsible for decisions made based on this data.

No warranty

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site.

Intellectual property

Site design and code are our property. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors and © CARTO. Satellite imagery (when enabled) contains modified Copernicus Sentinel data and Esri World Imagery.

Today's features

Posting a rental listing, flatmate post, or seeker pin is live — no account required. Owners manage their posts through a one-tap magic-link email (no password). When a renter expresses interest in a listing, we forward their email and message to the listing owner over email so they can reply. The renter's phone number, if provided, stays private and is never sent.

Coming next

User accounts, saved searches, in-app messaging, and a per-user dashboard. We will update these Terms to cover user content, account-based moderation, and community rules when those ship, and ask you to review them before they go live.

Takedown

If content violates your rights, contact grievance@bhagyanagar.rent. We will act within 36 hours of a valid takedown notice (IT Intermediary Guidelines Rules 2021, Rule 3(1)(d)).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

Changes

Material changes will be notified via a banner on the Platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
